🤖AI Engine
Role & Positioning
The AI Engine is one of the core components of RWAlpha's Dual Vault Protocol, responsible for assisting in position adjustments and rebalancing of the underlying ETF basket assets. It does not directly execute trades; instead, it continuously monitors market signals and provides optimal allocation recommendations, which the RWAlpha management team executes through licensed brokers.
How It Works
The AI Engine continuously optimizes the portfolio through the following steps:
Volatility Analysis — Continuously tracks the implied volatility and historical volatility of underlying assets, identifying optimal options execution timing.
Option Strategy Optimization — Based on volatility models, dynamically selects optimal options strategies (such as covered calls) to maximize premium income.
Portfolio Optimization — Synthesizes the correlations and risk profiles of multiple assets to optimize the overall portfolio's risk-return ratio.
Rebalancing — When market conditions shift, recommends adjustments to asset weights to ensure the strategy remains in an optimal state.
Boundaries of the AI Engine
The AI Engine's function is to assist in decision-making and provide recommendations. Final operations are executed by RWAlpha's team — which brings extensive traditional finance experience — through licensed brokers, subject to compliance frameworks. The AI Engine does not have independent authority to access user assets. All position adjustments are conducted within pre-set risk control boundaries.
