Core Team

RWAlpha is built by a senior team bringing together top talent from TradFi, Crypto, and AI. Core members hail from renowned traditional financial institutions such as Haitong International (Hong Kong) and CMB International (Singapore), as well as frontline practitioners in crypto assets and AI. The team possesses over 16 years of traditional finance experience, with deep expertise in funds, structured products, and brokerage operations. Additionally, the team has extensive experience building cross-border compliance architectures in Hong Kong and Dubai, with strong capabilities in asset screening, compliant fund structuring, and on-chain protocol design.

RWAlpha is incubated by DMZ Finance, with core team members based in Hong Kong, Dubai, and other locations.
