Market Risk — The value of the underlying ETF basket fluctuates with the Nasdaq 100 Index and tracked technology company stock prices. During market downturns, the NAV of rAI tokens may decline, and you may lose part or all of your principal.
Variable Distribution Risk — By product design, distributions received by users are funded by options premium income and constitute variable distributions — they are not fixed or guaranteed. Options premium levels are influenced by market volatility, underlying asset prices, and macroeconomic conditions, and may fluctuate significantly, resulting in actual distributions falling below historical levels or target ranges.
Liquidity Risk — Redemption of rAI requires T+3 business days, during which you cannot immediately liquidate. Under extreme market conditions, redemption timelines may be extended.
Smart Contract Risk — Although RWAlpha's smart contracts undergo auditing, all smart contracts carry inherent vulnerability risks.
Regulatory Risk — The regulatory environment for digital assets continues to evolve. RWAlpha products are not available to U.S. tax residents, U.S. entities, or users in sanctioned countries and regions. Please familiarize yourself with the applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before participating.
Custody Risk — Although underlying assets are independently custodied by licensed brokers, custody institutions themselves remain subject to operational, compliance, and systemic risks.
Foreign Exchange Risk — The underlying ETF assets are denominated in USD, while distributions are settled in USDT. Non-USD users face additional exchange rate fluctuation risk.
