User deposits USDT → RWAlpha converts via licensed OTC channel → Underlying ETF basket purchased through licensed broker → Equivalent rAI minted on-chain → Delivered directly to user's Web3 wallet

Entire process approximately T+1 business day

Redeeming rAI

User submits redemption request, smart contract locks rAI → Corresponding underlying ETF basket assets sold through licensed broker → RWAlpha converts to stablecoin via licensed OTC institution → USDT delivered to user's wallet, rAI simultaneously burned

Entire process approximately T+3 business days

Yield Distribution

Underlying ETFs generate Covered Call options income (weekly) → Licensed broker transfers yield to RWAlpha's dedicated account → RWAlpha converts yield to USDT via licensed OTC channel → Smart contract calculates each user's proportional share based on holdings → Contract automatically sends distribution to user's linked wallet
